Dianne Borden and Robin Gilson, co-founders of VULCANA^® LLC, a New Jersey based company, are enthusiastic about their leadership in the eco-friendly world of recycled tires turned into fabric, fun and fashion.

Robin Gilson, the original inventor of Vulcana^® recycled sheet rubber ("rubbRe^TM") and Dianne Borden, an entrepreneur inspired by Robin’s recycled sheet rubber saw unlimited opportunities for the use of eco-friendly recycled products. Transforming the unsightly, earth-harming and wasted used tires into something new and useful, aesthetically pleasing and fashionable is what motivates Robin and Dianne to continue to encourage the development of more end-products using rubbRe^TM.

Together they continue to work to lower the landfills and to move from treads to threads.
